ubuntu 18.04 torrent seeding problem

I wanted to get my firewall working, and I used:

sudo ufw enable

after that my torrent client stopped seeding, my /ets/nginx folder disappeared and I actually don't even know what happened... so I did a:

sudo apt-get purge ufw

and yet my torrents still won't seed (downloading still works) and I really don't understand why so I thought it's something about port forwarding so here is my torrent client setup:

I tried to delete the ufw chains but nothing changed...

I'm using Archer C2 v1 00000002 router (model), Ubuntu 18.04, public ipv4 IP, ipv6 disabled within router, qBittorrent v4.1.9.1 but I also tried transmission client with no different results

I'm not into network so much so if anyone can help me to seed again without breaking anything else I'd be grateful! if any log or something is needed pls let me know and I'll post it right away. These are just what came into my mind at first...

solved.

Deleted ufw iptables one by one

sudo iptables -D rule
sudo iptables -X chain

there was somehow a problem with deleting whole chains... rules remained and that's why it wasn't work at the first try

and save the progress cuz iptables reset themself every boot

sudo iptables-save

reset router settings to default and do the port forward again

reboot and now I'm set as active

I just enabled gufw and created qbittorrent rule enter image description here
