how to bypass isp blocking opening ports? im just trying to open a minecraft server to play with my friends so we can play, but it seems like my internet provider is blocking it. and this is weird cus with last internet providers i was able to open ports :/. any solution?

I tried opening a hamachi red but cant make it to work, it says theres a port already opened there, which is weird cus i dont have any opened port, (i checked netstat -a -o and 25565 is not there) also i tried with multiple ports(on my server.propierties), going to post on a minecraft forum too, but you guys are more pro with these things, thank you
